As part of our ongoing commitment to providing Dark Horse customers with the best possible shopping experience, we are transitioning to a new warehouse and fulfillment operation designed to better serve you.
While we make this important move, shipping will be temporarily paused for products and orders beginning August 23, with regular fulfillment expected to resume in November.
- In-stock products and select books: Shipping will pause from August 22 to October 31.
- Preorders for products dropping in September or October: Shipping is expected to begin in November.
- Preorders for products dropping in November or later: No delays are currently expected.
DarkHorseDirect.com will remain open throughout the transition, and you can continue to place orders and preorders during this period. Any orders affected by the temporary shipping pause will be fulfilled as soon as shipping resumes.
