There are two ways to sign up. Click the pop up on the bottom right corner that says “Rewards.” Click on “Join Now!” or click on “Join Now!” at the top of this page and follow the instructions to sign up for exclusive rewards from Dark Horse Direct!
Points are acquired with every new purchase you make, on your birthday, liking and following us on social media, and for referring friends!
You can earn points within the "ways to earn" section of your rewards panel. The social media (Like on Facebook, Follow on Instagram, etc) and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel. Points for creating an account (sign up) and/or placing an order, will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your Dark Horse Direct account.
Save up points for even bigger rewards!
You can spend points under the "ways to redeem" section of your rewards panel. Here you will find the number of points that are required to redeem a reward or discount. Please make sure that you are logged into the rewards panel before redeeming your points.
Once you have enough available points, you can select "Redeem" in the rewards panel; click "Apply code" for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout. If you do not see this code automatically apply at checkout, please check your email as it may have been emailed to you.
Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under "Your Rewards." It's worth noting that only one reward is allowed per order.
Note: If you need to cancel or undo a points redemption, you will have to contact our Customer Service at directhelp@darkhorse.com.
Find what you love on our website, add it to your cart, and enter your discount code at the checkout.
To qualify, make sure your referrals aren’t signed up already.
Click on your loyalty panel (the pop up on the bottom right corner that says “Rewards”) to get your unique referral link. Share the link with friends and they’ll get $10 off their first Dark Horse Direct purchase. Plus you’ll score a $10 off coupon when they do.
Through the loyalty panel, you can share your referral link via Facebook, X and/or directly email a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the store's page; where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase with the reward/discount code; that's when the referral is considered completed. Only then you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has made a purchase with your reward/discount code, which you can find by logging into the store, clicking on the panel > Your rewards.
Click on your loyalty panel (the pop up on the bottom right corner that says “Rewards”) and be sure you are logged in.
Enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel under the "ways to earn" section. This cannot be added by Dark Horse Direct's Customer Service Team.
Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday.
Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click "Edit date" again in the panel to enter the correct one.
*You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.
No. Collect as many points as you like and redeem them any time on our Dark Horse Direct Homepage.
Once orders have completed payment in full, loyalty points will be added to your account.
Any new orders or payment plans placed after March 2024 would have started accruing points. Any orders placed prior to March 2024 would not have any points accrued.
Yes.
Points will remain available for two (2) years. Points that have not been redeemed within 2 years or more will no longer be available in your account.
Rewards and Discount Codes will expire 6 months after they have been redeemed. We recommend to redeem any rewards and/or discount codes when you know you will be able to use them!
No. Discount codes are for single-use only so spend the full amount when you can. If you have a $20 discount, spend it on purchases worth $20 or more, and so on.
Rewards cannot be combined with order or product discounts.
You can only use one reward or discount code at checkout. Using multiple codes is not permitted.

When you redeem a reward or discount, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under "Your rewards."
To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click "Your rewards" and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout.
We recommend reaching out to our Customer Service at directhelp@darkhorse.com to inquire about any accidental points used.
We are unable to refund points if they were used as a discount on a purchase and you are not cancelling your order.
If you receive a refund or partial refund on an order, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your account automatically.
For security reasons, changing the email address associated with your Dark Horse Direct account and/or Dark Horse Direct Fandom Rewards is something that we prefer to do ourselves.
Just send a quick message to our Customer Service at directhelp@darkhorse.com letting us know your current account details, as well as both the old and new email address, and we'll get on it! When it's finished, we'll email you back letting you know.
Wallet is a new way for shoppers to access the points earned at any loyalty program run by Smile. This allows shoppers to see all the stores they have points at by just entering their email address, then a security code.
Wallet login instructions:
- Go to Smile Wallet
- Enter email address
- Check your email, copy the code and enter it in the space provided
- Once logged into Wallet, you will see a list of the stores you've earned points at, and will display your current point balances from largest to smallest. You can click on each store to be brought to the store’s website with the Smile panel open.
